"It is true that Emanuel is entered and hopefully he will be competing," Ted Barton, the director of the event, told me. "He has been back on the ice and looks really good.

"Emanuel said he wanted to keep things quiet for as long as possible. He isn't doing this for publicity or press. People all skate for personal reasons. He told me he has unfinished business with skating."

嗷嗷，老妖居然也复出啦？真是全民复出的年代~希望能在加锦赛上看到他~

真的吗。。。支持他出来，即使跳跃不能保持住，在冰上扭来扭去也很好看~

又说受伤退赛了，大家都见怪不怪了倒是久违的J10复出赛还算不错……

是那种我很耳熟但又一下叫不出名字的那种，大夫补充是《邮差》……虽然失误还是不少但总体速度和赶脚很好~

老妖节目的观赏性不亚于小兰（从6月份AOI来看）。虽然跳跃是不行了，但是节目还是一样吸引人。

他今年低调地出席了不少花滑秀，上海的AOI和意大利的Opera on Ice，跳跃看来3T和3Lp还是非常漂亮，真要明年再复出，他可真要努力一下鸟，下一季的世锦在加国呢。

关于他退赛的报道：

Emanuel Sandhu informed Skate Canada British Columbia/Yukon that he was withdrawing from the 2012 BC/YT Sectional Championships. "I have recently injured my foot and this combined with a lack of preparation time due to ice show schedules I feel it would be inappropriate to enter competition at this time" said Emanuel. "I looked very much forward to coming back to competition but only if I was healthy and ready for the challenge. I wish my fellow competitors the best of luck in Kelowna and for the rest of the season."

"We were looking forward to welcoming Emanuel back on the ice but fully respect and support his decision based on his current situation" said Ted Barton, Executive Director Skate Canada BC/YT Section. "The Skate Canada BC/YT Section wishes him the very best for the remainder of the skating season."

看WIKI，SP不保留上赛季的A Single Man，而是重滑奥运赛季的披头士节目？

在地区赛看来是这样的，不过他自己说过保留A Single Man，可能状态再稳定些时在挑战赛和加锦再上吧。
