When asked about including a triple-triple combination in her long program at nationals next week in Halifax, Rochette said she has not made a decision as to whether she will attempt the triple-flip triple-toe combination. “We are not sure if it [Canadians] is the right time for me to try it,” Rochette said adding that she has been training with a lot of boys at home and has found it very stimulating to work on her triple-triple alongside them.

“For me it is very important for me to land it [the combination] every day. If I get off the ice without landing one every day I don’t feel really good,” she said. “It has been much better lately, but we will see at nationals whether I will try it and what happens there.”

Rochette said if she wins one of the top three spots at nationals she wants to go to the 2007 ISU Four Continents in Colorado Springs in February. “Definitely, if I make the team I want to go to. Last year we did not go because of the Olympics and the year before it was too far and too close to Worlds. This year we do not have an excuse because it is close and it is a month before Worlds so yes, I want to go.”

Miki, Mao and Yu-Na Kim 本赛季的3-3成功录都极高，他们的短节目一般都会打到 64， 65 分以上。Joannie 没有3-3，她的分数不会超过 58 分，差距太大了。 如果 Kimmie, Kostner 也在短节目中作成 3-3， 罗大姐自由滑真是进不了最后一组。而且，她也不稳定，跳跃经常出现莫名其妙的失误。

好像罗大姐早就放出话可能要在全国赛上做三三，不过可能成功率并没有达到她想要的标准，所以还是在忧郁是否要做全国赛上做这个动作。不过我觉得以她现在在加国的水平来看，应该没必要担心这个动作失败而导致丢掉全国冠军头衔吧？

听这句话的意思，她就是不想试。加国冠军，她绝对是 shoo-in; 粱美诺跟她的差距太大了。粱的第二名估计也跑不了。真是想不通罗大姐有什么可顾虑的。她上一次作成3toe+3toe已经是两年前的全国赛。不过3T+3T已经没有多大意义， 跟3lutz+2loop的分数也差不多。

之前的一些消息~

关于加拿大全国锦标,今年有一项新的规定,对于去年全国锦标各项目排名前12的选手不需要再进行资格赛.而直接进行SP的比赛~

MS今年有很多选手要借这个全国锦标回归,近的就是Jeff,远的就是04年的加拿大女子全国冠军Cynthia Phaneuf,不知道她恢复的如何了,最近她有和Jeff什么的一起训练(不过她因为伤病错过去年的全国锦标,这次似乎还得先参加资格赛),还有就是双人的D/D,因为Dubé的膝盖伤病错过今年GP系列赛,现在情况也尚不明朗,之前也说如果Dubé到时没好利索,Davison就要去参加单人的比赛...他俩的官网是有注明"Dom't miss Jessica&Bryce skating at Canadian Championships'....

男单估计还是Jeff和Sandu两者之争,Shawn Sawyer和Chris Mabee今年GP分站赛表现都一般,甚至可以说差强人意,Patrick Chan很可能在去年第七的基础上有很快的提高~

女单今年加拿大成绩拿得出手的也就剩Rochette了,Leung今年状态太差,去年的第三Lesley Hawker亦不能对Rochatte构成什么威胁,唯一的变数就是重新复出的Phaneuf,时隔一年多不知她恢复状况如何,期待~

双人不用说了,M/B优势还是很明显的,D/D状况不明,不好评价;倒是Putnam/Wirtz以及Utako Wakamatsu / Jean-Sébastien Fecteau也许能比去年更进一步~
